Lucia is an aging Italian actress and director (beautifully portrayed by Antonioni's and Fellini's actress Lucia Bosa), decides to come back to the small town where she had spent her happy childhood. She wants to bring the TV where television has never been seen before. She reaches out to the women in the local community with a project that might change their lives forever.
